Melissa Anne Evans Haddock, 60, of Nashville passed away September 14, 2016

She is survived by her sister, Kathie Evans Yelverton and husband, Jim of Fremont; step-brother, Thomas A. Daughtery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Paul W. Evans and Pauline Bardin Evans; her fiancé, Don Griffin; brother, Bernie Evans, and her nephew, Michael James Yelverton.
