ROCKY MOUNT – Edward J. Dolan, 83, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008. A memorial service was held on Feb. 11 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Rocky Mount.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Iole Maria Dolan; his mother, Lucinda McHale Dolan; and his father, William Dolan.

Survivors include two daughters, Angela of Rocky Mount and Rhonda of Duluth, Ga.; two sons, John and wife Violet of Vancouver, Wash., and Michael and wife Natalie of Central Square, N.Y.; and one grandson.

A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. February 11, 2008 at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Rocky Mount.

Arrangements were handled by Johnson Funeral and Cremations, Rocky Mount.
