Surviving: wife, Bernice Kilpatrick; sons, Bobby and Keith of Philadelphia, Timothy of California; godson, Robert Alexander of Rye Brook, N.Y.; sisters, Dorothy Wilson of Port Chester, N.Y., Nettie Kilpatrick of Bronx, N.Y.; brothers, Robert Kilpatrick, Rye Brook, N.Y. and Vankirk Kilpatrick of Bronx, N.Y.; three grandchildren.
