Doris Arlene Williams Turner, 88, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016. She was born in Nash County to the late Wiley Gray and Nellie Tant Williams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Turner.

She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Frey (George) of Vero Beach, Fl. and Dianne Patterson (Tom) of Richmond, Va; two grandchildren; one great grandchild; one great-great grandchild; sister, Joyce Taylor (Phillip) of Lake Gaston; two nieces.

The family will have a visitation Saturday, July 2, 2016 11 a.m.- 12:30pm at Cornerstone Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests live plants or donations can be made to a charity of one's choice.
