John David Outlaw, 80, passed away June 15, 2016. He was born on October 15, 1935.

He was preceded in death by his parents Amiee and Viola Outlaw. A brother, Melvin Lee Outlaw, and grandson, Johnathon C. Nicholson.

He is survived by a daughter, Lisa O. Nicholson and husband Jay; one granddaughter; brothers, Buddy Outlaw and wife Jean, Bill Outlaw and wife Doris; sister, Aline Overman.

Graveside services were b held Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Rev. Gerald Parker officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cornerstone Funeral Home for final expenses.
