John "Boot Jack" Collins, 89, of Spring Hope, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016.

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 5, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 6 in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel, Louisburg. Burial will follow in Haywood Church Cemetery. The Rev. Douglas Harris will officiate.
