Jean Ann Saunders, 68, of Rocky Mount, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016. Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 1 at the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville. Burial followed in the Baker Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Saunders of Baltimore, Md. and Joyce Saunders Parker (Albert, Jr.) of Rocky Mount; sons, Troy W. Saunders (Leah) of Baltimore, Md., and Shawn A. Saunders (Mary) of Knightdale; brother, Sidney R. Richardson (Ella) of Newport News, Va.
