NASHVILLE – Timothy Ray Chadwick died Monday, June 26, 2006. He was born Aug. 28, 2005, son of Edward Ray and Rita Bridgers Chadwick.

His paternal grandfather, Julian McGay Chadwick, preceded him in death.

Survivors in addition to his parents include maternal grandparents, Gail and Tim Bridgers, of Nashville; paternal grandmother, Patsy Gray Chadwick, of Middlesex; and maternal great-grandmother, Mary Bridgers, of Rocky Mount.

A gathering to celebrate his life was held Friday, June 30, 2006, at the funeral home with the Rev. Howard Harrell officiating. Burial followed at White Oak Cemetery,
