Charles Earl "Charlie Brown" Finch, 63, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m., with the funeral service following at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 3, 2016 in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home Rocky Mount. Interment will immediately follow in Northeastern Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
