Tulia Hinton Neal of Spring Hope passed away on March 29, 2016. She was born February 22, 1954 to Barbara Newton Hinton and John Marvin Hinton.

She is survived by daughter, Teri Williams Perkinson (Matt) of Raleigh, three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 3 sisters; Christy Wilder (John), Ann Brantley (David), Beth Pace (Chris); brother, John Hinton Jr., all of Spring Hope; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and Kirk Siler.

A memorial service will be held at Cornerstone Funeral Home in Nashville April 3, 2016 at 2 pm with Rev. John Wright officiating. Visitation will follow.
