Ted Lee Lindsey, 62, passed away March 24, 2016. He was born in Nash County to the late Atlas Lindsey and Jeanette Vanhook Hollifield.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Tessa Lindsey; son, TJ Lindsey of the home; daughter, Sarah Metters(Chuck) of Nashville; one nephew of the home; five grandchildren; step-father, James Hollifield; brothers, Troy Lindsey (Brenda) and Rudy Lindsey (Leann); sister, Zandra Bontrager and in-laws, William and Beatrice Moore and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at 2-3:30 pm Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with the graveside service following the visitation at the Lindsey Family Cemetery in Nashville. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Checks made payable to the American Cancer Society and mailed to Cornerstone Funeral Home 1052 S. First St. Nashville, NC 27856.
