Rebecca Nichols Vick, 79, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016. She was born February 24, 1937 in Nash County to the late Ruben and Martha Winstead Bottoms. Rebecca was preceded in death by her first husband, Stephen Nichols, second husband, J.P. Vick, and by a sister, Sherry Reynolds.

She is survived by two sons, Harold Nichols and wife Rachelle, Stephen Nichols; one daughter, Theresa Simpkins and husband Mickey; step-daughter, Kimberly Burris; one brother, Garland Edward Bottoms and wife Elizabeth; fie grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral service were held Sunday, March 20, 2016 in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Bossolono officiating.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Kitty Askins Hospice @ 107 Handley Park Ct. Goldsboro, NC 27534.
