Mildred Faulkner Langley, age 89, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016. Born in Lenoir County, on September 26, 1926, she was the daughter of the late William "Bill" Faulkner and Annie Rebecca Turner Faulkner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Reggie Langley; her daughter, Barbara Brady; and her two sisters, Audrey Meads and Wansley Perry.

She is survived by her son, Allan Langley and his wife, Lisa, of Rocky Mount; and her daughter, Reginia Strickland also of Rocky Mount; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Sam Cullifer and Rev. Woody Parrish officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives the evening of Monday, March 21, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services and other times at her home.
