Arthur Mills, Jr., 71, of Castalia, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Wake services will be held Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 6-7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 2 p.m. from the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Linda Taybron will officiate.

He is survived by his wife, Peggie Mills; daughters, Phyllis Mills of Rocky Mount, and Sharon Mills Ramp of Alexandria, Va.; sons, Barry E. Mills (Angela) of Abilene, Tx., and Jeffery G. Mills (Theresa) of Nashville; sisters, Pearline Cooper (Robert) of Nashville, Lady Van Lewis of Louisburg, Elizabeth Battle of Whitakers, Dorothy Nicholson of Nashville, and Joyce Bursey of Whitakers; brother, Wayne Mills (Nancy) of Nashville; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
