Theodora "Teddi" Maryanne Walker, age 82, of Rocky Mount, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016. Teddi was born on October 16, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York, although Rocky Mount has been her home since 1975.

Teddi was the daughter of the late Ralph Fiato and Louise Paticchio Siedenburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence George Walker; her daughter, Lynda Joyce Walker; her grandson, Alexander Ralph Walker; and her brother James Fiato.

She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Walker Sessoms; one grandson; two great grandchildren; brother, Ralph Fiata of Brooklyn, NY and sister Judith Williamson of Cairo, NY; two sisters-in-law, Margie Walker and Mavis Walker; and many nieces, nephews, friends.

Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 7-9 p.m. at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Mass will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 331 Hammond Street, Rocky Mount with Father Tim Meares officiating.
