Marvin Ray Battle, age 67, of Rocky Mount, passed away on January 11, 2016.

Visitation will be held from 10 - 11 a.m. with the funeral service following immediately at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 15, 2016 in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home, 325 Nash St, Rocky Mount. The Interment will take place following the service in Jacob Bullock Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
