Barry Lynn Watson, age 46, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015. Born in Nash County on February 14, 1969, he was the son of George Watson and the late Marjorie Lynn Hardison Watson. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Georgia Lynette Smith.

He is survived by his father, George Watson of Rocky Mount; his sister, Jessica Kramer of Venice, FL; his brother, Eric Watson of Rocky Mount; as well as aunts and uncles and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 7 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service.
