Phyllis Johnson McNeil, age 74, of Rocky Mount passed away on December 8, 2015.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. with the funeral service following immediately at 12 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2015 in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home, 325 Nash St, Rocky Mount. The Interment will take place following the service in Impact Pointe in Rocky Mount.
