Jane Winters Brantley, age 76, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. Born on April 2, 1939, she was the daughter of the late George T. Winters and Beulah Bowden Winters. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Randolph M. Brantley, Sr.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Hines and her husband, Mike, of Rocky Mount and three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jane's memory to Nash County Animal Shelter, 921 First Street, Ext., Nashville, NC 27856 or Edgecombe County Animal Shelter, 2909 N. Main Street, Tarboro, NC 27886.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor Mike Coggin officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service.
