Robert "Bob" Watkins, 66, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015. He was born in Vance County to the late John C. and Emily Ranes Watkins.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Brenda Taylor Watkins; son, Michael Roberson and wife Tracey; daughter, Richie Shreves and husband Mike; brothers, John Watkins and wife Doris, and William Watkins and wife Carolyn; 5 grandchildren.

Services were held Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the Duke Memorial Baptist Church, 3976 N NC 581, Spring Hope, NC with a visitation following the service.
