Wilton Earl Proctor, 83, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015. He was born October 25, 1932 in Edgecombe County to the late Sterling and Ada Braswell Proctor. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters, Evangeline Proctor Mills and Mary Proctor Harris.

He is survived by one brother, Stephen Proctor and wife Frances; three nieces; two nephews.

Graveside services were held Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Pastor David Taylor officiating.
