Carl Strickland, 93, formally of Spring Hope, passed away Friday, October 30, 2015.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at 3 pm at Spring Hope Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kevin Moore officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Spring Hope Memorial Gardens.

He is survived by his wife, Navada G. Strickland of the home; daughter, Maggi Harding and husband Richard of Red Oak; two sons, Craig Strickland and wife Hilda of Morehead City, and Bill Strickland and wife Sandra of Kingsland, GA; sister, Hulda Wilson of Spring Hope, two grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
