Mary Ellen Driver Stallings, 91, of Middlesex, wife of the late Oris Zack Stallings, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015. Funeral services were held Friday, October 23, 2015 at Lee's Chapel Baptist Church, Middlesex. A graveside service was held at Saturday, October 24, in Lee's Chapel Church Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Larry Crowe officiated.

She is survived by her sons, Timothy Zack Stallings and wife, Brenda of Middlesex, Randy Oris Stallings and Carla Batten, and Jeffery Driver Stallings and wife, Cheri of Middlesex; her daughter, Sue Stallings Whiteley and husband, James Whiteley of Wilmington; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Bill Driver of Wendell and her sister, Dorothy Page of Charlotte.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oris Stallings; her parents Steven and Nellie Driver, and her brothers, Howard Driver and Hayden Driver.
