Allen Radford, 87, passed away December 19th, 2007. He was born August 23, 1920. He is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Florence Radford.

He is survived by two sons, Norman Radford of Louisburg and Ervin Radford and wife, Vicky of Castalia; three daughters, Lillie Mae Pridgen of Castalia, Elizabeth Stancil and husband, Larry of Castalia and Geraldine Eagle and husband, Rev. Tom Eagle of Jacksonville; seventeen grandchildren and thirty one great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, at Johnson Funerals and Cremations in Nashville. Visitation was held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2007. Burial followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
