Roger Banks Kennedy, 51, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007. He is preceded in death by his parents, Billie Gerald Kennedy and Frances English Kennedy; grandparents, Perry Davis English and Nellie Cooper English, John Banks Kennedy and Mattie Rose Kennedy.

He is survived by his sister, Karen Kennedy Rose of Rocky Mount; brother, Steven Perry Kennedy of Clayton; and nephews, Thomas Austin Rose, Scott Kennedy Rose and Wesley Ivan Rose.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007, at Forest Hill Cemetery in Nashville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, 1 Billy Graham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28201.
