Samuel Matthew Mayo, 19, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2015. He was born April 3, 1996 in Wilson County. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Sam B. Jr. and Barbara Mayo.

He is survived by his parents Samuel Browne III and Suzanne Farr Mayo; sister, Jessica Mayo Edwards and husband William; maternal grandparents, Coleman and Linda Farr; four aunts; one uncle and numerous cousins.
