Brenda Faye Pridgen, 64, passed away October 12, 2015. She was born on June 13, 1951 in Nash County to the late John Ervin and Lucille Bunn Wilder. In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by a brother Michael Wilder.

She is survived by husband, Dennis Pridgen, Sr., son, Dennis Pridgen, Jr. and wife Julie; daughter, Heather Pridgen; brothers, John and Randy Wilder; sisters, Linda Bailey, Joan Wilder, Deborah Perry; and one grandchild.

A service will be held 12 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Castalia Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Billy Henry officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
