Gail Iris Keeter, age 62, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2015. Born in Arlington, Virginia on October 21, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Robert Ransom Keeter, Sr. and Rita Truth Anglin Keeter. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Robert Ransom Keeter, Jr. and a sister-in-law, Teresa Keeter.

She is survived by her son, Ransom Keeter and his wife, Erin, of Raleigh; a sister, Darcus Wicker and her husband, Nick, of Macon, GA; and a brother, Greg Keeter of Rocky Mount; ine grand-daughter and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at 1 pm in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Rocky Mount. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery.
