Tommy Howard Gay, 75, of Bailey passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015. His funeral service will be conducted 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at White Oak Hill Free Will Baptist Church, Bailey. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 20, in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. The Rev. Reuben Cason and Timothy Deans will officiate.

The family will receive friends 4:30 - 6:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at White Oak Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 3967 W Hornes Church Road, Bailey and other times at the home.

Tommy is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Pattie Sue Gay of the home and his brothers, Herbert Gay and wife, Judy of Zebulon, Ronald Gay and wife, Debbie of Bailey and Larry Gay of Elm City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felton and Kathleen Honeycutt Gay and his brothers, Gerald Gay and Bill Gay.
