Dorothy A. Cotton, 75, of Nashville, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2015. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 31 at 11 a.m. from the Rocky Mount Memorial Park Chapel. Burial is at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Freeman Cotton, Sr.; daughter Erika N. Cotton, of Crofton, MD; son, Freeman Cotton, Jr., of Rocky Mount; sister, Queen Esther Armstrong (John) of Washington, D.C.; brother, Robert Archer (Ruth) of Whitakers.
