Flora "Ernestine" Bennett Dunston, 86, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015. A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Haywood Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Haywood Church Cemetery. The Rev. Michael Richardson will officiate.
She is predeceased by her husband, Phillip Dunston.
She is survived by her daughter Vivian M. Brown of Durham; sons, Cullus C. Dunston (Rachel) of Louisburg; Larry Dunston of Sparta; Rev. Stanley Dunston (Vernita) of Raleigh; and Phillip S. Dunston (Candace) of Lafayette, IN; sisters, Audrey Young of Raleigh and Judy Furman of High Point, NY; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
