Oscar W. Person, 100 years old, passed away on May 2, 2015.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2015, at St. John AME Zion Church, 250 Atlantic Ave., Rocky Mount. The Rev. Reginald Bradshaw will officiate. Visitation is also at the church from 10-11 a.m. on May 8. Burial is at Northeastern Cemetery.
