Kathaleen Pittman Baker, 78, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015. She was born December 6, 1936 in Nash County to the late J. W. and Bertha Lee Bone Pittman. In addition to her parents, Kathaleen was preceded in death by her husband, Dock Baker; four brothers, Tommy, Joe, Jerry and Lindberg Pittman; and one sister, Maggie Lee Baker.
Sheis survived by three daughters, Vickie Baker Bone and husband Dennis, Dale Baker Parker and husband Leon, Kimberly Baker Ayscue and husband Larry "Bud"; sisters, Deliah Bulluck and husband James, Betty Jean Blackford, Crystal Hare and husband Wayne; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Sunday, April 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Wood Officiating. Burial followed across from D&J Grocery.
