Patsy Faye Batten Fisher, age 77, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015. She was born in Nash County on July 16, 1937 to the late Willis and Carroll Lowe Batten.
Patsy is survived by her husband of 61 years, John I. Fisher; her son, Willis Lee Fisher and his wife, Audrey, of Beaufort; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Jane Clark of Rocky Mount.
A funeral service will be Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 2 pm at Arlington Baptist Church, 1500 Bethlehem Road, Rocky Mount, with the Rev. Bill Grisham officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at Arlington Baptist Church one hour prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m.
Flowers for the Fisher family will be accepted or memorials can be made to Arlington Baptist Church, 1500 Bethlehem Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
