Mable Louise Mills Jones, 82, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2015. She was born October 20, 1932 in Halifax County to the late Elvis and Maggie Mills. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Harry E. Jones.
She is survived by her daughters, Gwen J. Weaver and husband Ricky of Rocky Mount and Harriett J. Stocks and husband Donald of Swansboro; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Pineview Cemetery with Rev. Barbara Tyre officiating.
