Janice Annette Brake, 71, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015. She was born in Nash County on April 4, 1943 to the late William Caswell Weaver, Sr. and Etta Lee Joyner Weaver.
She is survived by her husband, William Thomas Brake of Rocky Mount; daughters, Kandy Brake Haggerty and her husband, Joseph and Jennifer Michelle Brake, both of Rocky Mount; her brothers, William Caswell Weaver, Jr. and his wife, Judy, Ronnie Weaver and his wife, Lena, and Randy Weaver and his wife, Patricia; one sister, Shirley Weaver Cobb and her husband Neal; two grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Ridgecrest Worship Center with Pastor Kelly Shope officiating. Burial will take place at 10 am on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ridgecrest Worship Center, 1120 West Mount Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
