LOUISBURG - Shirley A. Davis, 65, died on Tuesday, January 13, 2015.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 24, 2105 at Perry’s Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Randolph Alston officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Charles E. Davis, of the home; two daughters, Lisa Davis, of Temple Hills, MD and Clarissa Long, of Washington, DC; mother, Mary B. Stallings, of Centerville; five sisters, Bettie Jean Davis, of Franklinton, Mary McLaurin and Doris Wiggins, both of Raleigh, Phyllis Lewis, of Alexandria, VA and Mertis Stallings Johnson, of Lanham, MD; three brothers, Bobby Stallings, of Wendell, Itous “Higgie” Stallings, Jr., of Raleigh and Larry Stallings, of Louisburg; and five grandchildren.
