Inez Marie Windley Coggin, 84, passed away November 6, 2007. She was born September 3, 1923 in Lee County, daughter of the late Henry Latham and Annie Weaver Windley. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Clegg Coggin; sisters, Hazel Windley of Momeyer, Annie Earle Boyd of New Bern; and brother, Russell Windley of Momeyer.

She is survived by sons, Henry (Hank) Coggin, Jr. and Randall Hoyt Coggin, both of Nashville, Don Windley Coggin of Rocky Mount; daughter-in-law, Gail Coggin; two grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Griffin of Red Oak and Christine Stephenson of Lumberton.

The family will receive friends and family Wednesday, November 7, 2007 from 7 to 9 pm at Johnson Chapel of Nashville. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, November 8, 2007 at Johnson Chapel of Nashville with Reverend Mike Coggin officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
