Charles “Randy” Hughes, age 68, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015. He was preceded by his parents, Charles and Lois Hughes of Rocky Mount.
Randy is survived by one cousin, Ricky Miller and his wife, Judi, of Bath.
A private graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Pineview Cemetery.
