NASHVILLE - Chester Moody, 72, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 1, 2015 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with the Rev. Tyrone P. Jones, III officiating. Burial followed in Forest Hills Cemetery.
Survivors include wife, Bernette Moody, of the home; a daughter, Jeannine Cooper, of Surtland, MD; two sons, Jarrod Moody, of Lilburn, GA and Reggie Ricks, of Atwater, CA; two sisters, Ida Mae Avent, of Virginia Beach, VA and Lynette Richardson, of Nashville; seven grandchildren.
