NASHVILLE - Janie L. Battle, 71, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 12 p.m. at Union Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas McCullers officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Survivors include one sister, Betty Bell, of Washington; three brothers, James Battle, of Oxon Hill, MD, Don Battle, of Nashville and Louis Battle, of New Haven, CT.
Wake services will be held at Union Hill Baptist Church in Nashville on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m.
Viewing will be held Thursday, January 1, 2015 at the O.D. Moore Alumni Building from 3 until 5 p.m.
