Charlie James Thigpen, Sr., age 63, died on Friday, December 19, 2014. 
A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. with the funeral service following, beginning at 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Word Tabernacle Church; 821 Word Plaza, in Rocky Mount. The Interment will place immediately after the service in Gardens of Gethsemane in Rocky Mount.
