Horace Ray Matthews, Sr. passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014.
He is survived by his daughter, Nancy Elizabeth Matthews of Nashville; daughter Deborah Matthews Brice and husband, Ed of Wapwallopen, PA; Son, Horace Ray Matthews, Jr. and wife, Teresa of Ashburn, VA; son Paul Emmett Matthews and wife, Martha of Rocky Mount; brother, Billie Matthews of Fort Pierce, FL; sister, Fay McFatter of Orlando, FL; twelve grandchildren, six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, 2:00pm, December 20, 2014 at Nashville United Methodist Church.  A visitation will be held immediately after the service in the fellowship hall.
