Kenneth “Justin” Hill, 26, passed away on October 25, 2014. He was born April 4, 1988 to Ken and Teresa Hill.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, “Pa” Rubin Lee Carpenter.
He is survived by his parents Kenneth W. Hill and Teresa Carpenter Hill of Elm City; one son, Jackson West Hill of Elm City and mother of his son, Jacqueline Lagos; one sister, Jamie Hill of Spring Hope; one brother, Jeremy “Pete” Hill of the home; maternal grandmother, Kay Braswell Carpenter; paternal grandparents, Pete Hill of Spring Hope and Judy Taylor Hill of Virginia; paternal great grandmother, Beulah Matthews of Castalia.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. John Hudson officiating. Burial  followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
