Peggy Chappell Pridgen, 80, passed away, Friday, October 10, 2014. She was born in Nash County to the late Arthur Harvey and Georgia Christine Chappell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Al Pridgen.
She is survived by her husband, Earl Pridgen; daughters, Cheryl Pridgen and Teresa Resh; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and three brothers.
A funeral service was held Monday, October 13, 2014 at Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Coggin officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Peggy Pridgen Memorial Fund c/o Corinth Baptist Church 2883 N. NC Hwy 58 Nashville, NC 27856.
