ROCKY MOUNT - Elaine L.R. Boddie, 82, died on Tuesday, September 9, 2014.
Funeral services were held Friday, September 12, 2014 at Pine Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Entombment was in Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
Survivors include daughter Judy Boddie, of Raleigh; five sons, Benjamin Boddie of Raleigh, Donald Boddie, of Rocky Mount, Danny Richardson, of the home, Keith Boddie, of Raleigh and Lamont Boddie of Wilkesboro; 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
