SUFFOLK, VA - Willard Francis Hedrick, age 84, passed away  September 5, 2014. Born on March 29, 1930, he was the son of the late George Francis Hedrick and Norine Hardey Hedrick. He was predeceased by his son, Jeffery Wayne Hedrick and one brother, Stuart Hedrick.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-four years, Jean; his daughters, Brenda Edwards and her husband, Tim of West Jefferson; Donna Proctor and her husband, Button of Suffolk, VA and Tara Daniels and her husband David of Rocky Mount, and his son, Steven Hedrick and his wife, Nicki of Rocky Mount; eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Monday, September 8, 2014  at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home with Dr. Michael Cloer and Pastor John Scott officiating. Burial followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Arrangements by Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
