Cassidy “Nenee” Nichole Bales,19, passed away, Sunday, September 7, 2014. She was born in Wilson County September 3, 1995. Nenee was preceded in death by her father, Tony Bales, cousin, Matthew Bottoms and Great-Granddaddy Ray, great-paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Omus Whitley.
 She is survived by her mother Gretchen and husband Donald Poland, great-grandmother, Carolyn Skinner, “MeMa” Jane and “Pa” Brent Whitley; sister and brother Alanna “Sissy” and Kadin, also brothers Jerry, Terry, Bobby, Byron and Mack; and  special father figure Shane Reams.
A funeral service will be Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Daniel Moss and Rev. Tim Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow at the Whitley Family Cemetery of Spring Hope.  Arrangements by Cornerstone Funeral Home and Cremations, Nashville.
