FT. WASHINGTON, MD – Robert “Bobby” Cooper, 70, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007. Funeral services were held on Oct. 7 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with the Rev. Tyrone Jones officiating. Burial followed in the Oakland Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Irene West Cooper of East Orange, N.J., and brother, Garmond Cooper of Newark, N.J.
