Douglas Murray Bell, 65, passed away on July 31, 2014. Douglas was born November 14, 1948 in Halifax County.  Douglas is preceded in death by his father Danford Bell.
He is survived  by his wife Stella Bell; mother Annie Bell; one son, Joshua Douglas Bell; five daughters, Shonda Bell, Tonya Pace, Tiffany Britt, Lisa Overman, Brittany Drew; three brothers, Donald, Danny, and John; one sister, Anne Bell; thirteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, August 5, 2014  in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home.   In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cornerstone Funeral Home.
